Incredible pizza from a very unassuming place. As its name implies, they sell individual portions of pizza, but they also make ones from scratch. I ordered a quattro estagioni pizza, and it was unbelievable. It’s not my first time coming, and definitely wont be the last. As a bonus, they are cooked super fast, and the big size pizzas are absolutely massive considering their price.
The pizza itself is exceptional, the dough is really nicely seasoned and thin, but still crispy, the tomato sauce very tasty and flavorful, and the toppings I thought were excelent, although it likely depends a lot on the specific pizza you order. The best part by far are the crispy charred edges (and toppings to lesser extent) they have.

This definitely approaches my platonic ideal for a pizza. Very recommended if you’re in the area. Do keep in mind the restaurant is not really suitable to sit there and eat it if you’re with company, as the place is very small, but they do have a few seats if you’re on your own. Best to eat around the neighborhood, or take home and enjoy there in my opinion.
My only complaint today is that as you can see in the photo, the pizza was not very well shaped, and had a couple edges which were a bit too dense/tough, but still very edible and enjoyable.
