Little pizza is a very small place in Russafa, currently the trendy neighborhood in Valencia. Quite unassuming, I didnt feel like cooking so I went on my own. They had each pizza in two sizes, big and, appropriately, little.
I ordered a small version of a pizza with mozarella, sausage, mushrooms and mascarpone. The mascarpone was added after cooking.
When it arrived, it… did not look good:

I ordered a tomato-less pizza, but it still looked deathly pale, the dough seemed to barely have any color to it, and the cheese was not really toasted except for a few spots on the edge.
However, after having a few bites, I was very pleasantly surpised. The dough was really tasty and cooked quite well, the sausage was exactly what I expected, nice and flavorful, and the mascarpone gave it a really interesting taste and creaminess. The one big downside was the mushrooms. They were really soggy and the texture of them was awful.
The size was a bit small for the price, but for the area, its honestly not too bad. It was 9€, but their small margherita is only 6€ if you want to go for more value. And, honestly, I felt quite full even with a single small pizza. I hadnt had breakfast and was really hungry, so I was suprised it did fill me up.
I want to give it a higher grade, but the mushrooms bring it down a bit. I want to come back and try some of their other pizzas, especially one with a tomato sauce to see if its any good.
